If you google 74 Rivington Street you get an eye-popping story about the University Saloon which investigated local criminal activity, described as •the worst hangout on the whole eastside for pickpockets, pimps and thieves'.
We promise this isn't us. It's in New York.
The Black & White Building has never been a Saloon (although we might put a bar in there•). It was originally built for furniture manufacturing and has the iconic high ceilings and large windows of Shoreditch's roaring 18 Century furniture and printing trade.
It has 4 floors, 3 meeting rooms, 1 boardroom, 1 roof garden, 5 terraces and is our 5th ClubRooms location.
Individual offices in Shoreditch, on flexible terms, but with four floors for you to use:
3 Meeting rooms
Floor to ceiling warehouse & bay windows
Kitchens and Break out areas on each floor
Secure Bike Sheds
Monitored CCTV and 24 hour access
Full IT and Telephony, to match whatever you need
