Heating is provided via individually adjustable perimeter radiators. Office lighting is specifically designed to permit comfortable display screen usage.

Both office and workshop areas have a comprehensive provision of 240V outlets and data / phone points which link back to central communications rooms in each building.
Workshop areas are also fitted as standard with 3 phase power supply in addition to single phase 240V outlets. All workshops have direct access via wide roller doors to the outside.
