Photon House in Leeds is a modern two storey business centre, consisting of offices and studios that can be rented using our flexible licences, plus a meeting room that comfortably accommodates up to eight people.



Based on Percy street, the business centre totals 14,000 square feet (1,300 square metres) and benefits from site security and free parking within our landscaped grounds. It is close to Junction 2 of the M621 and Junction 27 of the M62 motorways, giving access to the M1 motorway and there is ample, secure parking on site.
