We are proud to manage the best converted mill in Bolton, offering a variety of units, from small storage spaces to high quality offices, workshops and industrial units. Our business park consists of two mill-style buildings set within 2.5 acres of land.

All of our units are self-contained, in a range of configurations, and range from 120 • 25,000 square feet. We are therefore able to cater from small start-up businesses through to larger, more established companies - all using our flexible one-page licence agreement.

Bolton's main train station is a 10 minute drive from the centre and a local bus service operates between Bolton to Horwich, providing access to local towns across Lancashire. For businesses needing to travel further afield, Manchester International Airport is also only a short drive away.
