We provide a range of workshops, storage units, studios and office space from our Northampton business centre K2 House. The centre, located in the Dallington area consists of a total of 51,404 square feet (4,775 square metres).



Our units are available in a range of sizes to suit the needs of your business, from 100 - 1,574 square feet (9 - 146 square metres). They are multi-purpose units so can be used to store your goods or archived documents, as office space or for activities that require more of a workshop or studio space. Each workspace is offered on flexible terms, using our one-page licence agreement. This means you can sign up for as little as a day to a year and it's possible to move in on the same day.
